  • Bookmark key sessions relevant to your business.

In the Sponsor Portal, you can create Lead Qualification Questions for Lead Scanning in the Scan Questions tab. These questions help you analyze your leads more efficiently, segment them based on specific criteria, and prioritize your follow-up actions. You can create three types of questions:

  • Text

  • Single Select

  • Multiple Select

Scanning QR Codes

The app’s built-in QR code feature makes it fast and easy to connect with other attendees.

How to Scan

  1. In the mobile app, tap the QR Code icon located in the bottom tab bar.

  2. Choose the “Scan QR Code” tab.

  3. Point your camera at another attendee’s QR code. The QR code may be:

    • On their badge (if the event uses printed QR codes)

    • In their mobile app under “My Code”.

  4. Once scanned:

    • You’ll save the scan, and if the attendee joined the app and opted in for matchmaking, and can chat or suggest a meeting

    • If the attendee did not join via the app, you may still scan their badge QR, resulting in limited data captured and the ability to add notes only

    • After scanning, the lead appears in your Scans list in the mobile app under the Networking and People tabs.

Make it easy for others to connect with you.

  1. Access your own QR Code via the same QR icon in the bottom menu, or let others scan the QR code printed on your badge.

  2. Let others scan your code to connect directly with you.

  3. You will receive a report on these scans from the Sponsor Portal

Sponsor Portal Report

  • From there, you can download a summary report containing all leads collected by your company representatives.

  • In the portal, you’ll see two tabs: Inbound Leads (those who scanned your reps) and Outbound Leads (those your reps scanned).

Make sure you are connected to your company profile in the app.

If you’re not connected, reach out to the event organizer and ask to be linked to your company profile.

  • Even if an attendee skipped joining the app, scanning their badge QR code still allows capture of basic registrant details and adding notes.

  • Lead scanning access depends on event settings

  • If a user deletes their app account or is removed from the event, they may show up as “Deleted user” or “Deleted sponsor” in reports.

  • Ensure camera permission is granted on your phone—without it, scanning will not work.
