Selecting the correct embeddable code in any document or video you would like to embed in the sponsor booth is important. All embed codes are located next to or within sharing settings on the platform you are using.


How to find the correct embed code

  • Navigate to the sharing icon

  • Copy the embed code you see.

You can embed as many materials as needed as long as they are added in an embed link format.

Below, you can find suggestions for finding the correct embed links to build the booths:

  • PDF, Slides, and brochure files that are stored on Google Drive (⚙️ How to)

  • Websites, tools that can be embedded (iframe) without any restrictions (⚙️ How to)

  • Forms, and surveys that can be embedded (iframe) without any restrictions

An iFrame is an element of a website's HTML structure that allows embeddable content to be shown alongside other website content.
