Every sponsor booth can have its own dedicated set of qualifier questions. This means: Exhibitors can gather information that is specific to their product, service, or sales funnel.
These questions can be pre-loaded into the Brella platform, so sponsors will see their own unique set whenever they scan leads during the event.
Make sure the representatives are linked to the sponsor booth before the event.
How to add questions.
Navigate to the sponsor admin panel.
Go to "Scans" - "Scan Questions"
Click on "Create new"
You will be navigated to add the desired questions.
You can create questions and select the "Field type" from the given options
Field type - "Text"
Can type the answer to the question
Field type - "Single Selected"
Can select only one answer from the added fields
Field type - "Multiple Selected"
Can select multiple answers
Once the fields are created, you can save the Custom Qualifier Questions.
Note
The added questions can be removed anytime if needed.
The questions can be rearranged by dragging and dropping from the left tab.

The questions will be retrieved when a sponsor representative scans an attendee.

How to collect the data
The scan data can be exported as a CSV file from the "Outbound scans".
