Networking Meeting Limits - Company Connection

As a company representative, it’s important to know the total company-wide meeting limit your event organizer has set for your team. This limit applies to all linked representatives of your company and determines how many meetings your company can have in total

Please note that the networking rules are added and managed by the event organizer.


Steps

  1. Make sure you are connected as a sponsor representative to your company’s booth. (See How to connect as a sponsor representative.)

  2. Open the event in the mobile app.

  3. On the home screen, scroll down to My company meetings or click on the "Networking" tab.


  4. You’ll see the total meeting capacity your event organizer configured for your company. This is the maximum number of meeting acceptances your entire sponsor team can reach across all reps.


  5. Tap this section to view confirmed meeting details, helping representatives avoid scheduling duplicate meetings.


  6. You could also see the Pending and cancelled meeting info using this tab.
