As a company representative, it’s important to know whether your organization has any networking rules at an event. You can easily find this information in the event’s mobile app.
Please note that the networking rules are added and managed by the event organizer.
Steps
Make sure you are connected as a sponsor representative to your company’s booth. (See How to connect as a sponsor representative.)
Open the event in the mobile app.
On the home screen, scroll down to My company meetings.
You’ll see the number of meetings your organization is allowed to schedule.
Tap this section to view confirmed meeting details, helping representatives avoid scheduling duplicate meetings.
