The Sessions tab is a new feature available to sponsors in their Brella sponsor panel. This tab provides sponsors with valuable insights into which attendees have RSVP'd or bookmarked their sponsored sessions.
This is only available to session sponsors.
The event organizer has to enable this for sponsors
Accessing the Sessions Tab
Navigate to the sponsor panel at https://sponsor.brella.io/.
Sessions
Column | Description |
Registrant | Attendee name and basic contact information |
RSVP/Bookmark Status | Tag indicators showing per-timeslot RSVP or bookmark status |
Intents & Interests | Attendee-selected interests and session preferences |
Identity | Industry, persona, function, and other identity tags |
Meeting with Reps | Meeting status with sponsor representatives (accepted, pending, cancelled, etc.) |
When an Attendee RSVPs:
Their name appears in the Registrant column.
RSVP status is shown as a tag indicator for the relevant timeslot
All associated profile data populates the remaining columns
When an Attendee Bookmarks a Session:
Similar to RSVP, the attendee appears in the table.
Bookmark status is indicated separately from RSVP status.
Sponsors can distinguish between RSVP and bookmark engagement
When No Data Exists:
The table displays a "No data" message (as shown in the example image)
Sponsors will not see attendee information until engagement occurs.
