The organizer can limit how many accepted meetings your company's representatives have in total. As a representative, you see the limit in the app, and your team can't take more meetings once it is reached.
Before you start
You are linked to your company's booth as a representative. See Link representatives to your booth.
The organizer has set Maximum accepted meetings for your booth. Without a limit, the app shows none of the screens named here.
If you represent several booths, Brella applies the limit of the booth you were linked to first. The app shows the limit of one booth only, and the booth list in the app has no fixed order.
Where to find it
Home, card My company meetings.
Networking > Company connections.
The mobile app and the web app show the same screens.
How the limit works
The limit counts the accepted meetings of all your company's representatives together. Pending requests don't count.
When the count reaches the limit, no representative of your company can send a new meeting request or accept a pending one.
A cancelled meeting frees one slot.
While your company has a limit, the meeting-request limit of your ticket type doesn't apply to you.
If the organizer also set a personal limit of accepted meetings for your ticket type, that limit still applies to you. The app shows only the company limit.
My company meetings on Home
The card shows your company's logo, name and category, then Accepted meetings as "accepted / limit" with a progress bar. Under the bar:
"Learn more about the limitation" while your team has 2 or more slots left.
"Your team is close to the meeting limit." when 1 slot is left.
"Your team has reached the meeting limit." when the limit is reached.
Select that line to open "What is meeting capacity?". It shows Brella's default explanation or the text your organizer wrote.
The card also shows three counts for your team: Accepted, Pending (pending and rescheduled requests) and Cancelled. Select the card to open Company connections.
Company connections
Networking has two tabs when your company has a limit: My connections and Company connections. Company connections shows the same limit card at the top and lists every meeting of your team, accepted meetings first, then pending, then cancelled. Draft meetings, which only the organizer sees, are not listed.
Each row shows the direction (Inbound or Outbound), the representative, the other attendee, the date and time, the location and the table. Select a row to open the other attendee's profile.
Filter the list with Accepted, Pending, Canceled and Team member. Select a filter again to clear it. An empty list reads "No team meetings".
Note: Every representative of your company sees the whole team's meetings, including the names of the attendees they meet.
On attendee profiles
When your company has a limit, every other attendee's profile shows a line under the profile: "N/limit meetings remaining", or "Your team hit the limit of meetings." Select Learn more to open the explanation.
When the limit is reached
You accept a request: the app shows "This meeting couldn't be confirmed" with "You've reached the maximum number of accepted meetings." Select Show company meetings to open Company connections.
You accept a request from someone whose own company reached its limit: the app shows "Unfortunately, this meeting couldn't be confirmed" with a prefilled chat message. Edit it if you want and select Send message.
You send a new request: the app shows "The sponsor meeting cap has been reached" and the request is not sent.
To free a slot, cancel a meeting your team no longer needs. To raise the limit, ask the organizer. Sponsor admins can't change it.
Limits
One limit per booth, shared by all its representatives. If you represent several booths, the app shows one booth's limit only.
Meetings held at your booth count like any other accepted meeting.
Only the organizer sets the limit and the explanation text.
