The Overview tab of your booth shows how many attendees spent time in your booth, how your representatives' meetings and chats are going, and who your most active visitors are. This article is for the sponsor admin.
Before you start
You need sponsor admin access to the booth. See Access your booth in the admin panel.
The Most active visitors table appears only when the organizer has turned on Traffic analytics for your booth. The other cards are always shown.
Numbers load when you open the page and are reused for 50 seconds. Reload the page to see newer data.
Where to find it
Booths > your booth in the admin panel. The booth page opens on Overview.
The four numbers at the top
Card | What it counts |
Total unique visitors | The number of different attendees with recorded time in your booth, over the whole event. One attendee counts once however often they come back. |
Outbound meeting requests | Meeting requests sent by your representatives. Open chats that have not become meeting requests are not counted. |
Meeting acceptance rate | Accepted meetings divided by all meeting requests of your representatives, inbound and outbound, as a rounded percentage. 0% when there are no requests. |
Total time spent in booth | The sum of the time attendees spent in your booth, shown as hours, minutes and seconds, for example "1h 12m 5s". "0s" when nothing is recorded. |
Outbound meeting requests carries a rating: Below recommended in red for 0 to 5 requests and in orange for 6 to 9, Above recommended in green from 10. The info icon reads "We recommend sending out at least 10 meeting requests to have a successful networking experience." or "Fantastic job! Keep on reaching out to people!".

Most active visitors
The table lists up to 20 attendees who spent the most time in your booth, including time on carousel slides. Your own representatives and deleted accounts are left out.
Column | What it shows |

Title, Company | From the attendee's profile |
Intents & Interests | The attendee's matchmaking interests and intents |
Identity | The attendee's persona, industry and function, when set |

The table shows 5 rows per page. With more than 5 visitors you can switch to 10 or 20 per page.
View all visitors opens the Traffic Analytics tab with every visitor and the slides they viewed. The link shows when the booth has visitors.
If you don't see this card, the organizer has not turned on Traffic analytics for your booth.
Meeting request activity
A donut chart of the meeting requests your representatives sent (Outbound) and received (Inbound), with the share of each in the legend and "Total <N> requests" in the middle. An outer ring shows the share that was Accepted.
The list next to the chart breaks the requests down by their current status:
Row | Meaning |
Accepted | Requests both sides accepted |
Pending | Requests waiting for an answer, including rescheduled ones |
↳ Rescheduled | Pending requests where one side proposed a new time |
Cancelled | Requests that were canceled |
Declined (chat left open) | Declined requests whose chat is still open |
Declined (chat closed) | Declined requests whose chat was closed |
Open chats that have not become meeting requests are not counted here. They appear in Chat activity. Draft meetings, which only the organizer sees, are not counted either. When there are no requests, the card reads "Meeting request activity data is not available".
Chat activity
A donut chart of chat messages your representatives sent (Outbound) and received (Inbound) in their meeting chats, with "Total <N> messages" in the middle.
Row | Meaning |
Total chat messages | Messages sent and received in meeting chats. Messages in an open chat count once the open chat becomes a meeting request. |
Open chat request | Open chats between an attendee and a representative, started by either side, including ones that later became meeting requests |
↳ Answered | Open chats the other side replied to |
↳ ↳ Converted to meetings | Open chats that became an accepted meeting |
↳ Pending | Open chats without a reply yet |
When no message has been counted, the card reads "Chat activity data is not available".
Overall performance
A bar chart with up to three bars: Booth visits, Total meeting requests (all meeting requests of your representatives, inbound and outbound) and Total accepted meeting requests. Compare the bars to see whether visits turn into requests and requests into meetings. A bar with the value 0 is not drawn.
The card reads "Overall performance data is not available" until at least one booth visit is recorded, even if meetings exist.
Booth visits activity
A chart by day: bars for Unique visits (different attendees that day, right axis) and a line for Total visits (all visits that day, left axis). Days follow the event's time zone.
The date picker under the chart opens on the 7 days before and after today. Pick your event dates to see the whole event. The preset Event Duration selects the same 14 days around today; Today selects today. Dates more than a year away from today can't be chosen.
On wide screens, the expand icon next to Save (.png) opens the chart in a larger window.
Save a chart
Every chart has a Save (.png) button in its top-right corner. It downloads the chart as an image named after the chart and today's date, for example chat-activity-2026-10-13.png. The four number cards have no save button.
What is counted as a booth visit
Brella records booth time for signed-in attendees in the mobile app and the web app. A visit starts when the attendee opens your booth and ends when they leave it. If the same attendee comes back within 2 minutes without starting another tracked view in between, the earlier visit continues instead of a new one starting. Total unique visitors, Total time spent in booth, Booth visits and Booth visits activity all come from these visits. Most active visitors also adds the time attendees spent on your carousel slides.
Opening a link, a product or a download from your booth is not recorded. The Traffic Analytics tab also counts how often each attendee opened your booth; see Read your booth traffic analytics.
Limits
The data covers signed-in attendees in the mobile app and the web app. Your website or a sponsor widget on the organizer's site are not included.
Representatives are left out of Most active visitors but their own booth visits still count in the booth numbers.
The page does not refresh on its own. Reload it to see new data.
