Fill in your company details, upload your logo, name the booth sections and add carousel slides and links. This article is for the sponsor admin. Everything is done on your booth page in the admin panel.
Before you start
You need sponsor admin access to the booth. See Access your booth in the admin panel.
The category of your booth is set by the organizer. It decides whether you can upload a cover image.
The App preview pane next to the "Update sponsor" drawer shows your changes before you save. It shows some sections as placeholders; check those in the web app or the mobile app.
Where to find it
Booths > your booth in the admin panel. The buttons Edit Details and Edit Virtual Booth are in the page header.
Edit the booth details
Select Edit Details. The "Update sponsor" drawer opens.
Under Appearance, enter the Company name, an optional Subtitle and the CTA text.
Select Upload logo and choose an image. Crop it to a square.
If you see Cover Image, select Upload cover image and choose an image. Crop it to a 3:1 strip.
Under Booth details, choose an Industry and enter your Website, Facebook, Linkedin, X handle and Instagram handle.
Enter the Description. You can format text, add lists, links and emoji. You can't add images.
Under Tab Customization, rename the sections or drag them into a new order.
Select Update. Brella shows "Sponsor updated successfully". Update stays disabled until you change something. Cancel discards your changes.
Preview your changes
The App preview pane opens next to the "Update sponsor" drawer. It shows your booth in a phone frame, as the app shows it, and updates as you edit. Changes you haven't saved are included.
Sponsor page: the booth page. The carousel or cover image, your logo, details and description show as attendees see them. Representatives, products, downloads and sessions show as placeholders with their counts, in your section order, followed by a placeholder for links.
Sponsor card: your card on the sponsors page, with your CTA text.
Add carousel slides and links
Select Edit Virtual Booth. The "Virtual Booth" drawer opens with two lists.
Under Sponsor deck (carousel), select New. The "Sponsor deck slide" form opens.
Choose a Slide type: Image (upload) or Embed web page / video / stream (URL).
Enter a Title. Then upload the image (Image (Aspect ratio: 16:9)) or enter the Url.
Select Create.
Under Side bar integrations (slido, etc), select New. The "Side bar integration" form opens. Enter a Title and a Url, then select Create. The slide type is fixed to an embedded URL.
Drag items to reorder them. Brella shows "Updated successfully." after each move.
Select Edit on an item to change it. In the form, Update saves and Delete removes the item after you confirm "Are you sure?".
Each item in the lists shows its Title, its Url ("N/A" for images) and an Edit button. Carousel and side bar changes save at once; they do not wait for Update in the "Update sponsor" drawer.

What attendees see
On the event's Sponsors page (or the name your organizer gave it), your card shows the logo, name, subtitle, the avatars of your representatives and a button with your CTA text. Cards in a Large category also show the cover image. The booth page shows, from top to bottom:
The carousel, or the cover image if there are no slides.
Your logo, category, name, industry, subtitle and the website and social buttons.
"Start a public chat with <company name>" if the organizer turned on chat for your booth.
Your sections in the order you set: the description (Details tab), your representatives (Profile tab), products, downloads and sponsored sessions.
Links: your side bar integrations. They open outside the booth in the browser.
Sections with no content are not shown. The Profile tab section is shown only to attendees who have networking turned on. The tooltip "Not visible to attendees — no content added yet" in Tab Customization marks empty Products, Downloads and Sessions sections.
Changes are live when they are saved. Attendees see them the next time the booth loads.
What only the organizer can change
The organizer sets the Category, Booth Control (Traffic analytics, Automatic linking, Lead scanning, Enable chat, Meet-at-booth), Sponsored Session Data, Networking Rules, Location, Matchmaking tags and Custom fields. These are tagged "Admin Only" and hidden from you. To turn booth chat on or off, ask the organizer.
Limits
Changes save when you select Update or Create. There is no draft state.
Logo, cover image and carousel images are limited to 5 MB each.
The App preview pane shows representatives, products, downloads, sessions and links as placeholders. Open the booth in the web app to check them.
Troubleshooting
"This field must be a valid url."
Add https:// in front of the address. Use a link, not embed code.
A carousel slide stays blank or shows an error from the embedded site
The site does not allow embedding. Use an embeddable link or add the page as a side bar integration. See Set up your booth carousel.
"Please upload an image or delete the record"
An image slide needs an image. Upload one, or select Delete on the slide.
I don't see Cover Image
Your booth is not in a Large category. Only the organizer can change the category.
