Your booth page in the admin panel

Written by Customer Success

Each booth you manage has one page in the admin panel. This article is for the sponsor admin. It lists what is on the page, which tabs depend on the organizer, and what you can change compared with the organizer.

Before you start

  • You need sponsor admin access to the booth. See Access your booth in the admin panel.

  • If you are also an event admin or organization admin for the event, you see the organizer's version of the page: every tab is open and every setting is editable.

Where to find it

Booths in the admin panel. If you only manage booths, the admin panel opens on Booths after you sign in. Select your booth.

The booths list

Booths lists every booth you manage, across events, with 4 columns:

  • Date: the event's start date and length, for example "3 days".

  • Event: the event name and its status, "Live", "Upcoming" or "Ended".

  • Company: the booth name.

  • Country: the event's country.

Select a row to open the booth page.

The booth page header

The header shows the booth name and subtitle, a back arrow to the booths list, and two buttons:

  • Edit Details opens the "Update sponsor" drawer: company details, description and tab names. The App preview pane next to the drawer shows the booth page and the sponsor card with your changes before you save. See Set up your booth.

  • Edit Virtual Booth opens the "Virtual Booth" drawer with Sponsor deck (carousel) and Side bar integrations (slido, etc).
