You can change the text of the button on your sponsor card and rename or reorder the sections of your booth page. This article is for the sponsor admin. Both settings are in Edit Details on your booth page in the admin panel.
Before you start
You need sponsor admin access to the booth. See Access your booth in the admin panel.
The admin panel calls the booth sections tabs. In the mobile app and the web app, the sections are stacked on one page that attendees scroll through.
Where to find it
Booths > your booth > Edit Details in the admin panel. The "Update sponsor" drawer opens. CTA text is under Appearance. The sections are under Tab Customization.
Change the CTA text
Open Booths and select your booth.
Select Edit Details.
Under Appearance, enter the new text in CTA text. The field takes up to 30 characters and shows the count.
Select Update. Brella shows "Sponsor updated successfully".
The App preview pane next to the drawer shows your changes before you save. Choose Sponsor card to see the card with your CTA text, or Sponsor page to see the booth page with your section names and order.
CTA text is required. If the field is empty, the drawer shows "CTA text is required!". New booths start with "Visit booth".
Rename or reorder the sections
In the "Update sponsor" drawer, scroll to Tab Customization ("Rename or reorder these tabs to suit your needs").
To rename a section, edit its text field. Each name takes up to 40 characters; the field shows the count.
To reorder, drag a row by the handle at its start.
Select Update. Dragging alone does not save.
A section name can be left empty. The app then shows the section without a name: the Details tab section has no heading, and the other sections show only their count, for example "(4)".

You can't add, remove or hide a section. Attendees don't see a section that has no content.
A Products, Downloads or Sessions row with a striped background and the tooltip "Not visible to attendees — no content added yet" has nothing to show yet: no products, no downloads, or no sessions your company is added to.
What attendees see
On the Sponsors page (or the name your organizer gave it), your card ends with your CTA text and an arrow. Selecting the card opens your booth.
The CTA text also appears on your company card in Discovery (or the name your organizer gave it).
In the booth, the sections appear in your order with your names. Profile tab, Products, Downloads and Sessions show a count, for example "Downloads (4)".
These sections are hidden: Details tab without a Description, Profile tab without representatives, Products without products, Downloads when no download is switched on, and Sessions when your company is not added to a session.
The Profile tab section is shown only to attendees who have networking turned on.
Changes are live after you select Update. Attendees see them the next time the page loads.
What only the organizer controls
Your booth's category. It sets the size of your sponsor card.
Which sessions your company sponsors, and which representatives are linked to the booth.
The organizer can also change your CTA text and section names.
Limits
CTA text: required, up to 30 characters. On medium and large cards, a longer text leaves room for fewer representative photos: up to 20 characters shows 4, up to 24 shows 3, up to 28 shows 2, longer shows 1. Small cards show no representative photos.
Section names: up to 40 characters each.
A booth with no CTA text saved shows "Visit booth" on its card. If the organizer renamed "booth" for the event, that term replaces "booth".
Troubleshooting
Update stays grayed out
You have not changed anything, or a field has an error. Check that CTA text is not empty.
The new section order doesn't show in the app
Select Update in the drawer, then reopen the booth in the app.
A renamed section is missing from the booth
The section has no content. Add a product, a download or a description, and the section appears with its name.
